CONCRETE & FOUNDATION
Missouri Ozarks soil is notoriously difficult. High clay content, seasonal moisture swings, and freeze-thaw cycles demand concrete work that is engineered, not guessed. Ozark Structural Co. has poured thousands of yards of concrete across residential and light commercial projects since 2003. We handle everything from simple driveway replacements to full basement foundations with waterproofing membranes. Our crew operates their own trucks, pumps, and finishing equipment, which means fewer scheduling delays and tighter quality control. We test soil compaction, reinforce with rebar and fiber mesh, and cut control joints to prevent cracking in the Missouri climate.
[ OUR PROCESS ]
5 STEPS
01
SITE ASSESSMENT & SOIL ANALYSIS
We evaluate soil conditions, drainage patterns, and grade. For foundations, we may recommend a geotechnical report to confirm bearing capacity.
02
ENGINEERING & ESTIMATE
You receive a detailed scope with cubic yardage, reinforcement specs, finish type, and a guaranteed price. No change-order surprises.
03
EXCAVATION & PREP
We handle grading, compaction, and form work. Sub-grade is inspected before any concrete is placed.
04
POUR & FINISH
Concrete is placed, vibrated, screeded, and finished to spec. Control joints are cut within the curing window. Stamped or exposed aggregate finishes are applied same-day.
05
CURE & SEAL
We apply curing compound and, where specified, penetrating sealer. We advise on load timing so you do not stress the slab prematurely.
