Ozark Structural Co. was founded in 2003 by Dale Gentry after fifteen years working for commercial builders in Springfield. The idea was straightforward: build a construction company that treats residential and small commercial clients with the same professionalism and rigor that large projects demand. No shortcuts, no vague estimates, no disappearing mid-project.

The first year, we completed seven projects with a three-person crew working out of a single-bay shop on Route 66. Today, we employ 43 people, operate our own concrete equipment, and maintain a fleet of trucks and trailers that keep us self-sufficient on nearly every job site.

We work exclusively within a 60-mile radius of Lebanon. This is intentional. Keeping our work local means our crews are never more than an hour from any job site. It means we know the soil conditions, the building inspectors, and the material suppliers in every county we serve. It means when something needs attention after the project is done, we are close enough to handle it the same week.

Over 23 years, we have completed more than 847 projects across residential construction, concrete and foundation work, and roofing and siding. Our clients include homeowners building their first house, churches expanding their facilities, and small businesses putting up new commercial space. The common thread is that every one of them received a fixed price, a fixed schedule, and a crew that showed up on time every morning.
