A 2,847 sq ft custom build on a wooded 5-acre lot east of Lebanon. The owners wanted a single-story ranch with a finished walkout basement, covered back porch, and oversized three-car garage. We worked with a Springfield architect on the floor plan and managed all permitting through Laclede County. The home features engineered trusses, spray foam insulation, and a standing seam metal roof over the porch.
